The terrace overlooking the private pool has a large dining table for up to 8 guests and offers breathtaking views of Orient Bay Another dining area is created under a large gazebo with also an outside lounge area to enjoy the shade unless you prefer to work on your tan on the sun loungers by the pool. The lot is composed by the house with its two bedrooms and two apartments fully moved in, rented 1000€ each per month (+ participation in the charges of 140€).
